Top 4 Belly shapewear to look thinner in 2022
Hi guys,
welcome back today. In my clothing, I am sharing some secrets today. I will
share the four undergarments I used to look thinner with you. I wrote a post
about how I lost my baby weight. I mentioned that I didn't get to my pre-baby
weight precisely in that article. I still have a few pounds on me, but I'm
comfortable with this weight. And I've also been doing a few things that make
me feel a lot more comfortable in my clothing, which makes me look smooth and
feel confident. And that includes wearing specific undergarments.
one tip I
will say is you do want these kinds of undergarments used like body shapers to
be snug you don't want them to be so uncomfortable. Like you can't breathe, and
you also don't want it to be so tight that you're getting actual lumps. Like
it's squeezing your fat out until different areas. You want it to be snug
enough that you look smooth, and it holds everything in, and you want to feel
like it's holding everything. I found it relieving to have my tummy kind of
held in because it felt I needed everything to just like be pushed back
together.
I started
using some of these undergarments because many people recommended wearing belly
wraps right after I had my baby. By using that, I just found those to be
completely uncomfortable. I wore a lot of compression and things that like
tightened up the entire area, but I didn't end up wearing any of those wraps at
all. I just felt like this those weren't comfortable for me, and they didn't
feel or look right.
I always wanted to look like a normal person
in my clothing, and I felt like I had lumps. I don't know; they didn't work for
me. So I went on Amazon because I'm always on Amazon, and I ordered a bunch of
undergarments to try out. I was like checking out all the reviews and stuff,
and I ended up coming up with a whole list of things that I loved starting with
these.
These are
"Robert Matthew"; they're very similar to Spanx. Before I had a baby,
I used to wear Spanx all the time. That was all I needed. I loved them, but I
find that you know Spanx are expensive. They're a thinner material that is
excellent when you are a little bit thinner. Still, when you put on a little
more weight, you have to have something thicker.
It is
thick, and it's an excellent material. It's nylon. Still, it's a little
thicker, and I feel like it. It's like a compression tight. It goes
high-waisted. I only wear the high-waisted ones that go right under your bra,
and then they're shorts. If you look at the back of these, you might not be
able to tell, but they have like these little pockets for your butt because
they actually like lift your butt a little bit.
I don't
know what it was about pregnancy, but I felt like my butt got like snag here or
flatter. I don't know, maybe it's in my head, but I felt. I also got saddlebags
now, and I feel like that's where the weight just kind of settled in. I feel
like shorts are much better for me in particular to wear because if you try to
wear like that underwear, I feel like I get like a little lump. I get like a
lion right where the underwear is, right where it ends. And so I like these
because they go down my thigh Midway and then no one can tell that I'm wearing
any undergarments. I got the high-waisted one because I took it under my bra.
If I wear a tight dress like this or a body con dress, I don't wear that much
anymore. But if I look completely smooth, I don't want anyone to see the seams
of my underwear.
That's why
this is important. One more note with something like this, I don't wear any
underwear under these. Because, again, I don't want to have any lines or
anything. I feel the more you have on underneath your undergarments, the more
chances you have of having different lumps and lines. Usually, you don't have
to wear underwear with something like this because they already have something
in that area—they kind of act as your underwear. You don't have to have those
lines and stuff, so it's like one less thing you have to put on. If there's
like one undergarment that you're going to get, I feel like these are the ones
that everyone should have MPs. I know that “Beyonce” and “JLo” wear stuff like
this definitely.

All right,
so this is very similar. It's by the same brand, and you know, one thing that I
didn't point out is that it has light boning. So unlike these Spanx, it
actually has some boning. And it really does feel like compression on your
tummy area. It is a thong version so you wouldn't wear any other underwear;
this is all you would wear.
But the
reason I have this is that I would wear something like this under my jeans. For
instance, when you're wearing the ones with the shorts that are all the way
down to your thigh. It can be a little bit uncomfortable in pants. Whereas I
feel like this is more of a natural thing to wear under something like jeans or
different pants and stuff when you're trying to make your stomach look a little
bit tighter or if you're trying to like waist-train a little bit.
you know I
don't think waist training works. Still, it does make you feel better,
especially if you're healing from a c-section. It makes you feel better to have
everything held in, and it's like a waist trainer with thong underwear on it. I
really do love these. As I said, these are what I would wear under like pants
and jeans.

Okay, so
something I experienced right after having a baby was I got back fat. Fat
that's like right behind your bra, and I, for the most part, have gotten rid of
it by working out and stuff. But I still even have a little leftover, and it
was something that I've never actually dealt with before.
I had to figure out what to do with that and
so what I found was this it's a compression tank top by Maidenform. It is
tight, and my only complaint is that it gives you that shelf bra that looks
like a sports bra. Your boobs look like a uni-boob instead, but when you're
dealing with back fat. I don't know, and I feel like it doesn't really matter,
so if you're going to wear a tight smooth shirt, you can wear something like
this under it.
I have small boobs. I've never been like a big
boob person, so I can go without wearing a bra. This is actually enough support
for me, so this is something that I would wear. You can actually wear this in
combination with some of the other undergarments that I mentioned. But I would
wear this alone like this is something that I would put on even under like a
bodysuit. You know, “TUMY CONTROL SHAPEWEAR” are really in right now. If you
want to look thinner, here you can put this on over your bra, and it will still
make you look much more smooth underneath, like your shirt or your dress.

If your
problem area is the top area like your shoulders, arms, and back fat, you want
to wear this kind of top. It's a compression tank top, and if you're going to
wear a full-body dress that's a bit form-fitting and shows just everything off.
You're dealing with all of it.
You know, right after pregnancy, I was dealing
with back fat, I was dealing with the tummy, and I was dealing with my
saddlebags. I suddenly realized why people wear these full-body undergarments.
This one is by Maidenform. It's a short first, so it goes down to the middle of
my thighs. That area is a little bit thinner. It is more like a Spanx material
in the thigh area, which I like because I don't want something squeezing my
thighs so much that you start to see lumps. It squeezes in your whole
midsection area. So it's really nice to squeeze it and give you a nice smooth
look over your tummy. It actually lifts your butt area.
It's nice
there you can choose to wear a bra with this. It just kind of covers the sides
of your bra, but what it does is it brings in the back fat area right there,
and it just looks like you're wearing a bra. Like it's not one of those things
that will make you look strange in your dress. It's just going to look like
you're wearing a normal bra, and no one will know that you had like your
regular bra under it.
Again I've
always had small boobs to wear without a bra, and no one will know you can wear
a bra. If you need that support, it's going to make everything look smooth
underneath, so this is what you wear if you want to have all of that kind of
like smoothed out.
